All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) and US Priority Mail. All orders shipped within California are charged an additional 7.75% sales tax. We ship all in-stock orders within 2-5 days of the date your order is placed.  Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery. We ship by UPS Ground from Orange County, California.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Orders are processed between Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm PST.

We ship internationally. Additional freight charges will be charged. If you would like an order shipped outside the US, please email us with your request. If you place an order line from out of the country, we will e-mail with the additional freight/shipping charges.  We ship most items US Mail overseas if under 30 pounds.  Orders over 30lbs maybe shipped by UPS or other frieght carrier depending on cost.

Our Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases at MosaicSource.com.  We are always looking for new and unique glass mosaic tile to bring to our customers at lower prices than found in local showrooms.  All of our tile has been inspected and have passed all compliances for installation and durability.  Please read the following in regards to our return policy.

You may return any non-custom item within 15 days of reciept of your order. Non-custom items are identified as any sheet of tile that comes straight from the carton. Return fee's are based on distributors terms. There is a 40% restocking fee for any returned items within the 15 days. All returns and exchanges need to be accompanied by a corresponding RMA#.   Returned items must be returned in resellable condition for the refund to apply. Material must be returned in original boxes, and shipped correctly. Customer will pay all frieght charges (both directions) on returned or exchanged material unless agreed to in writing by MosaicSource.com.  If materials you have received from us are broken or damaged, you must inform us within 10 days after you receive matierals.  This includes concealed damage.  If we do not receive notification of the damaged materials within 10 days from consignment date, we will not be able to refund the cost of the damaged maerials and frieght.  This is due to common frieght carriers /UPS restrictions.  Custom blends, patterns, and special orders are guaranteed to be of quality and free from manufacturing defects, but are not otherwise returnable. 

We suggest that you order samples and measure accordingly before ordering. We do our best to match colors viewed online.  Most of tile shown online has an option for a sample purchase.  We can also customize samples for you with colors of your choice.  Please call us for more information.  All tile lines we carry have passed regulated tests and compliances and approved for installation and proper grout joints.  If you have further questions about installation, please view our installation page.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has shipped, please call us within 4 hours of time order was placed.  If we have shipped your order before receiving cancellation confirmation, you are subject to return policy listed upove.

Out-of-Stock Items
Most items we carry online are stock locally and ready to ship upon placing your order.  For larger quantity orders, please call for stock availibility, or we will call you if a tile if out of stock.  Out of stock items range from 1 week to 4 weeks,  we usually post on the website when a particular color will be out of stock for more than 3 weeks.  It is wise to place an order for an out of stock item if that is your choice instead of waiting.  Usually there is a wait and by placing your order, you will have resevered your quantity.

Out-of Stock Samples

Upon receiving your sample order, we want to get it out as soon as possible (samples go out USPS Priority Mail).  If there are samples on your order that are backordered, we will not hold your order but ship it and cancel the backordered sample.  Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the sample(s) not received.  All out-of-stock items under $50.00 will not be backordered and canceled.  You will be issued a credit for the amount.  You will be able to view if anything was out of stock when you login to check the status of your order.
